Privacy Policy
The short version
Penalty Questions collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no tracking of any kind. The app makes no network connections at all, so nothing it holds can leave your iPad.

What is stored on your iPad
The game saves one small record so it can pick up where you left off:
- Your coins, and the four upgrade levels you have bought.
- The boots and kits you own, and which you are wearing, and your shirt number.
- Your best score on each difficulty.
- The questions you were asked recently, so the next match asks different ones.
- Whether sound is turned off.
It is kept in the app's own storage on the device. It is never uploaded, never shared, and is removed completely when you delete the app.
What is not collected
- No name, email address, or account of any kind.
- No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access — the app asks for no permissions.
- No advertising identifiers, and no adverts.
- No analytics, crash reporting or usage measurement.
- No third-party software development kits that gather data.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages and collects nothing, so there is nothing to gather about a child using it. There is no chat, no user-generated content and no way to contact anyone from inside the app.
